After 11 years at InterContinental Hotels Group, Lynne Zappone moved to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen because it offered what she called “a blank sheet of paper.” She loved the challenge of evolving IHG’s learning function into a business-critical, organizational driver and jumped at the chance to replicate pieces of that experience in another company.
