Quote: “Learning needs in a mining environment centered on skills needed to operate heavy excavation and earth-moving equipment, maintenance and critical processes. Of course we also had the standard management, leadership and supervisor development programs. While I had no mining experience, I have always held one belief everywhere I’ve worked: People are people. The only thing different from company to company is the work itself.”
