Faculty, Learning Strategist and Advisor
Lisa Doyle is the former vice president of learning and development at Lowe’s in Mooresville, North Carolina. She was responsible for the company’s talent and leadership development strategies. Doyle lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive learning, development and performance support solutions. She aligned learning with Lowe’s overall strategic goals to develop workforce capability and drive proficiency throughout the company. Doyle has spent more than a decade in the learning and development arena. In previous roles, she built and led a professional academy at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Training Institute at Acquisition Solutions Inc. Doyle was named Chief Learning Officer of the Year in 2011 by Chief Learning Officer. She has an MBA from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland.
Chief Human Resource and Staff Development Officer
Archdiocese of Chicago
Justin Lombardo currently serves as Chief Human Resource and Staff Development Officer for the Archdiocese of Chicago with an employee base of over 15,000 serving over 2.2 million Catholics in 300 parishes and 199 schools and various social service agencies.
Before joining the archdiocese Justin has been a pioneer in healthcare learning and performance management. He was the first Chief Learning Officer in healthcare to reform traditional healthcare learning/development practices and structures.
For 15 years he served as Vice President and Chief Learning Officer for 3 healthcare systems around the USA. As part of the senior leadership team at each system he worked to improve clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement through an integrated approach to development and performance management.
His efforts to transform healthcare learning and development have been recognized by the Mayor of Chicago, Chicago Business Council, Working Mother and Chief Learning Officer magazines and other regional and national organizations.
Prior to working in healthcare, Justin spent 15 years at Motorola where he managed various global functions for Motorola University with a focus on emerging markets.
He has served on training and development advisory boards at the national, and international level, including a Task Force of the United Nations; Center for Creative Leadership; Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University; and the Center for Nursing Excellence. He was appointed by the Governor of Illinois to the state’s Task Force on Workforce Development. He has held adjunct faculty appointments at Northwestern University, University of Alabama-Birmingham, and Johns Hopkins University.

As an executive coach, Diana partners with great people and helps them be better leaders and find more happiness in their lives. As a proven successful executive, Diana brings decades of experience, expertise, and education to her coaching with business executives, teams, and learning/talent leaders to increase their impact; inspire committed followership and engagement; and build diverse teams that pull together to achieve Winning Results.
In addition to coaching, Diana is the host of the Talent Champions podcast, a bi-weekly discussion of issues facing HR and talent development. She is the co-author of the 2018 strategic leadership book, Be More Strategic in Business: How to win through Stronger Leadership and Smarter Decisions.
Diana began her career as a McDonald’s restaurant crew member in 1979 and rose to become Vice President of Training, Learning & Development for McDonald’s USA. In this role, she led all aspects of training and development, including the restaurant training curriculum at Hamburger University, McDonald’s global training center of excellence.
Diana is an editorial advisory board member for Chief Learning Officer magazine, a faculty member for Media Tec’s CLO Accelerator Class, a board member for the National Diversity Council, and a past Advisory Board Member for the American Council on Education. She is a Certified Marshall Goldsmith’s stakeholder Executive & Team Coach and a certified coach with ICF (International Coaching Federation). She holds an MBA, a master’s degree in Human Resources Development and Business Management, and a BA in Education and Economics
Diana is married with two daughters, and she enjoys spending time with family, focusing on health and wellness, and lifelong learning.

As a teenager, Kevin Wilde was introduced to his lifelong passion for leadership development at a high school student training workshop. His dreams came true with a 34-year corporate career including senior development roles at General Electric and General Mills.
Wilde continues to share what he’s learned through teaching, writing and coaching. He serves as an executive leadership fellow at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He writes for Talent Management magazine as well as contributing to a variety of books and publications.
Honors and awards include:
- 2007 Chief Learning Officer of the Year by Chief Learning Officer magazine
- Best business column by American Society of Business Editors
- Top-ranked global leadership development organization by Fortune, Chief Executive and Leadership Excellence magazines

Dean, Director Corporate Learning Strategies
Gerry Hudson-Martin is a learning and development executive with demonstrated success building and leading two Fortune 500 learning and talent management teams. He is a proven leader and teacher of project management, training business management, strategic planning, training design, metrics and change management.
Hudson-Martin served as vice president of training and development at Marriott International, aligning training efforts with key enterprise initiatives, including finance and human resources transformations, IT leadership and associate engagement. He developed innovative approaches to blended training programs for onboarding, hotel systems rollouts, language training and service delivery that enabled the continuation of Marriott’s service culture during periods of rapid expansion.
Earlier in his career, he directed the IT and the corporate training departments at John Hancock Financial Services, and taught high school science, mathematics and psychology.
At Business Architects, Hudson-Martin is responsible for project management and the design of learning solutions.

Participants receive badges upon completion of each module, HRCI and SHRM credits and a certificate upon completion of the entire course, issued by Chief Learning Officer.
