Michael C. Fina, a provider of worldwide corporate employee-recognition programs, has expanded its sales efforts in key markets across the country to capitalize on an increasing demand for successfully implemented employee recognition programs.
To facilitate this initiative, Michael C. Fina has added Mark C. Rettberg as national sales director of its Eastern Region.
In addition, Mark Heady and Rebecca S. Simmons joined the company as Area Managers.
Rettberg is based out of the company’s U.S. headquarters in Long Island City, N.Y.
He has an extensive background in strategic planning, contract negotiations, sales and marketing, client retention and national and global relationship management.
As national sales director, Rettberg will be managing Michael C. Fina’s area managers in the eastern region.
Before joining Michael C. Fina, Rettberg was director of key accounts for Genesys Conferencing, where he successfully obtained 115 percent of revenue objectives, ranking No. 1 in North America and No. 4 globally.
Before joining Genesys, he was a national account manager with Lucent Technologies.
Heady is based out of St. Louis. He has a record of moving marketing efforts to the next level, developing sales teams and outperforming revenue goals.
Before joining Michael C. Fina, Heady was regional sales manager of TALX Corp. and a regional manager with O.C. Tanner.
He brings a wealth of experience in designing recognition programs for a variety of companies.
Simmons is based out of Detroit. Before joining Michael C. Fina, she was a sales, marketing and business consultant with various companies.
Simmons has an extensive background in the recognition industry, having served as regional manager at O. C. Tanner for eight years.
