Staffing firm The Winter, Wyman Companies announces the expansion of service capabilities to include yechnology contract placements in New York, as well as nationally with the promotion of Vimal Shyamji to general manager for the company’s new Technology Contracting – National division.
Winter, Wyman, a staffing firm for more than 30 years, is one of the largest and most recognized staffing organizations in the Northeast, servicing primarily
the New England and Metropolitan New York job markets.
“The evolution and expansion of our Technology contract division into New York and nationally signals that we feel this market will continue to be strong for the foreseeable future,” CEO Bob Boudreau said. “With the hard work and excellent relationships stablished by our New York Accounting & Finance, Technology and Human Resources
groups, now is the perfect time to add Technology contracting to our suite of services for this large and promising marketplace.

ultimate goal is to grow our New York-based technology contracting business and to ultimately expand to include other U.S. cities,” he said. “Vimal Shyamji will be
spearheading this effort as General Manager of this group.”
As General Manager of Winter, Wyman Technology Contracting – National, Shyamji will oversee a qualified staff of recruiters who provide IT and software contracting services on a national level.
Previously, he was principal account manager for Winter, Wyman’s Financial Contracting division in Boston.
Before joining Winter, Wyman, Shyamji was an account
manager at Aerotek, an international, multi-divisional staffing firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lee University in Cleveland,
Tennessee.
