The Director, L&D, reporting to VP, HR, SoCal, manages a team 19. Responsibilities: build a robust new employee entry process; ensure education related to HR regulatory requirements; create learning strategy for leader development at team leader, supervisory, and middle management levels; support employee development and engagement efforts.
Master’s in Adult Education or Behavioral Science required; Doctorate preferred; 10+ years L&D roles, including large multi-site. Health care experience preferred. 5+ years L&D management experience required, including WBT/e-learning technology, media, classroom, OJT and mentoring.
